About Our Stock

All the stocked items at our online stores are located and stocked in multiple warehouses located around in Japan.
Those systems keeps updating by our staff regularly however, items in stock at our online store might not be available because those warehouses are also connected to other local tackle stores.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

What if your choice is not in stock?

If your selected item(s) is not available after you purchased, we will inform you via email what is out of stock and what alternatives we can give you, therefore please accept our email addres – [email protected].

If we can’t replace your item(s) to other options, such as other size / color etc, we may need to cancel your order. In this case your payment will not be proceeded.

If we have other options to replace your missing item(s), we then inform you what choice you can select via email. Please reply to us with your choice.

If in case we can’t have your reply for those information emails, we may cancel your missing items by ourselves, and then dispatch your parcel if there are other products you purchased, if those missing products are non-exchangable or hardly exchangable (eg. rods, reels, etc).
If missing item(s) has other color options and alternatives can be used in the same / quite similar purpose of your missing items such as lures soft plastics etc., we may select other closest options, such as closest colors, closest size, etc. by ourselves then pack and ship out to you.

Please make sure you check your registrated email address and keep an eye on our emails, and reply with your desired option sooner.

Getting Ready Your Parcel to Ship

As we have multiple warehouse around in Japan connected to our packing / shipping department, we always need to have your items shipped to our service department to pack them and ship out.
We can then supply plenty of items over to you at low price directly from Japan because of this system, however we also need to ask you to let us take times to get ready your parcel to be shipped.

Basically, please allow us to collect your order, pack and ship out for up to 7 business days.
When we don’t have stocks in warehouse, we will either order your items from makers / brands directly when they have in stock.

* Please Note: due to coronavirus pandemic currently spreading over Japan, our warehouses have to take extra care against it and therefore dispatching your parcel may be delayed. (Jan 1st, 2022)

Delivery

Japan Fishing and Tackle News use Japan Post – EMS international shipping as a main method for most of delivery excluding over size parcels.

EMS – Express Mail Service is the fastest international mail service provided by Japan Post, covered over 120 countries and territories worldwide.

Once we shipped your parcel out by EMS, we will then send your tracking number so that you can trace where it is.

Delivery cost

Delivery cost is calculated automatically at our payment system by total weight of your purchasing items.

Insurance

We select insurance option to all your parcels shipped by EMS.
If your EMS parcel is missing or lost during delivery, the value of your item will be compensated through EMS Insurance Program.

Custom Duty

All of item prices and delivery costs DO NOT include duty / tax of importing.
