Long Cast Fishing Rod with strong Blanks
This is designed for long cast bait fishing basically and targeting bigger fish, such as snapper, kingfish, etc. This is telescopic rods with 5 pieces, and the length is 5m20cm (17ft).
To target those large species fish the blanks need to be strong and tough. And to achieve this, SHIMANO featured Spiral X Core with High Power X, which reduces twisting of rods when casting / fighting.
This rod also has stainless frame K guides, with SiC rings, that’s tough and strong material of guide rings. K guide is also designed to refuse line troubles of casting.
Models, Specs and Release Date
This fishing rod – SHIMANO Bull’s Eye Special has 2 type of models – MADAI is for snapper, and AOMONO is for kingfish. (MADAI is the Japanese word meaning of snapper, AOMONO is the one for blue runner, which includes Kingfish, Amberjack, Tuna Mackerel, etc.)
This is on sale from August 2018.
